How we research and check every guide
tenfinity guides are practical, not promotional. Here is how each one is made:
- Sourced claims only. Any fact, number or warning comes from a source we can link to, usually a government agency, standards body, original study or the product maker's own documentation. If we can't source it, we leave it out or present it clearly as our own advice.
- No made-up statistics. We quote numbers word for word from their original source, with a link and the date. We never round them into bigger-sounding claims.
- Fact-checked before publishing. Every guide is fact-checked against its sources before it's published. Social posts are checked too, and when we find an error after posting, we correct it on the same channel.
- Product features rechecked at publish time. AI features and plan availability change often, so we confirm each named feature on the day we publish and note that availability depends on your account and plan.
- Honest limits. Every guide ends with a privacy and accuracy note. AI is a helpful assistant, not an authority.
- [Pending: confirm the line about sponsorships and affiliate links before it is published]
Corrections
We work hard to get things right, and when we don't, we fix it openly.
- If you spot an error, an outdated feature or a broken source, email [Pending: corrections email address].
- We review every report. [Pending: review time]
- Factual errors are corrected in the article, with a dated note at the bottom: "Corrected <date>: <what changed>."
- Small fixes such as typos or broken links are made without a note. Changes to facts, numbers, safety advice or product claims always get one.
- If a correction changes advice we shared on social media, we post the correction on the same channel.
- [Pending: pages do not show a Last reviewed date yet; add it to the template or drop this line]
